David Olpere - Owner/Inspector

Dave is the founder and main inspector for ANCHOR HOME INSPECTION. Dave is retired from the US Air Force with over 20 years of service. Throughout his Air Force career, he served as a quality and maintenance inspector and instructor along with other positions including a 5 year tour at Strategic Air Command Headquarters as an aircraft systems manager. He also served as the Director of Quality during his last 3 years of active duty. Upon retirement, he held various jobs that included working with contractors and builders in the hardware and building trades. He also performed maintenance, repair and construction for several area businesses. He is a top graduate of the INSPECTION TRAINING ASSOCIATES Home Inspection Institute. The course is an accredited 125 hours as approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
Dave is also a Michigan licensed real estate agent and licensed residential builder along with being a certified Quality Management Instructor. He is a member of ICC (International Code Council) and certified by ICC as a Certified Residential Building Inspector (CRBI). He is also a member of Environmental Solutions Association (ESA) and is a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) and Certified Air Quality Technician (CAQT). He is a proud member of NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and International Association of Indoor Air Quality Consultants (IAQ2). Air Quality Dave is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and currently serves on the Global Education Board (GEB). Dave has a Masters degree in Business Management.
