Ryan was a complete professional from the start. While we were not able to hire him to perform our home inspection due to scheduling conflicts with the seller, Ryan was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to try to meet us where we were both in terms of scheduling and pricing. we really appreciate how easy it. He made it for us to pivot as needed, and he was very graceful and understanding when we had to go with another inspector I would not hesitate to use Ryan for our next purchase and recommend him to friends!
Very thorough inspection. All information and results were clearly communicated verbally and in writing. I was able to come away from the inspection knowing what the clear risks and concerns are with the home I want to purchase.
Ryan Hartman is a very professional and highly experienced home Inspector. I called on a Thursday and by Monday we had completed the residential home inspection, with radon testing and water testing. The inspection was thorough with straightforward information on what’s wrong and what needs to be done to fix it, as well as good to know advice on things to watch out for that are not issues but may become ones in the future. 10/10 will definitely recommend and use again!

Ryan is an extremely knowledgable, and competant inspector. He was very respectful to the home as he performed his inspection, which included multiple tests of the plumbing, moisture conditions of interior and exterior walls, and a radon test. Additionally, he provided concise and precise information regarding the conditions of the home. A consignment professional who was very easy to work with. Very highly recommend his services.

Ryan was very professional, supportive, and thorough through the entire residential home inspection including the shed on the property. He did everything within reason to view as much of the house and even just let me know the results of my 48 hour radon test all within 5 days of contacting!!!! I think that if Ryan was in charge of the water test instead of the lab for the well on my future home it would be completed already and just as accurate!!!!Also, allegedly the Most Interesting Man in the World gave them a round of applause.

Ryan at Anchor Home Inspection was the consummate pro. He ran a full battery of tests for our home inspection including a Radon Test, wood destroying organisms, and structural and mechanical. I recently had the pleasure of having Ryan with Anchor Home Inspection come out and perform a standard residential home inspection with basic water sample test and wood destroying organisms check. Anchor Home Inspection is thorough and professional. Ryan was easy to work with even when he had to deliver news that wasn't so good. I've purchased 6 homes in 5 states and I can say he does an above average job which is needed when you are making such a large purchase.

Ryan was timely, thorough and efficient for my Standard Residential Inspection. I received the report within hours of the inspection. I highly recommend Ryan and will never use anyone else.
I chose Anchor after two colleagues (who had no association with each other) both recommended the company. I don't know how large his team is, but Ryan the owner/operator did our inspection. He was thorough, from basement to roof, which he definitely walked on. I've heard some inspectors don't go on roofs, but Ryan did both roof and attic crawlspace.His report was thorough and appropriately skewed towards "worst-case scenarios" but also had practical suggestions for the severity and timelines of some of the potential issues. It's not a mere boilerplate report, he inserts images and uses different fonts for different grades of incidents. We'll be able to refer to this report as we plan for the home's future.

The home inspection was thorough and the report was received the same day! A wood destroying organism and radon test were also done upon request. Ryan let me walk around with him, answered all my questions, and educated me on everything he was doing. I highly recommend Anchor Home Inspection and will use them again!

Randy was incredibly thorough and did a great job with the inspection. He explained everything to me, took me around the outside of the property and pointed out concerns the HOA would to address.
