Ryan was very professional, supportive, and thorough through the entire residential home inspection including the shed on the property. He did everything within reason to view as much of the house and even just let me know the results of my 48 hour radon test all within 5 days of contacting!!!! I think that if Ryan was in charge of the water test instead of the lab for the well on my future home it would be completed already and just as accurate!!!!Also, allegedly the Most Interesting Man in the World gave them a round of applause.

Ryan at Anchor Home Inspection was the consummate pro. He ran a full battery of tests for our home inspection including a Radon Test, wood destroying organisms, and structural and mechanical. I recently had the pleasure of having Ryan with Anchor Home Inspection come out and perform a standard residential home inspection with basic water sample test and wood destroying organisms check. Ryan was timely, thorough and efficient for my Standard Residential Inspection. I received the report within hours of the inspection. I highly recommend Ryan and will never use anyone else.
I chose Anchor after two colleagues (who had no association with each other) both recommended the company. I don't know how large his team is, but Ryan the owner/operator did our inspection. He was thorough, from basement to roof, which he definitely walked on. I've heard some inspectors don't go on roofs, but Ryan did both roof and attic crawlspace.His report was thorough and appropriately skewed towards "worst-case scenarios" but also had practical suggestions for the severity and timelines of some of the potential issues. It's not a mere boilerplate report, he inserts images and uses different fonts for different grades of incidents. We'll be able to refer to this report as we plan for the home's future.

The home inspection was thorough and the report was received the same day! A wood destroying organism and radon test were also done upon request. Ryan let me walk around with him, answered all my questions, and educated me on everything he was doing. I highly recommend Anchor Home Inspection and will use them again!

Randy was incredibly thorough and did a great job with the inspection. He explained everything to me, took me around the outside of the property and pointed out concerns the HOA would to address.
