Don’t Take Our Word For It

A Standard Home Inspection was conducted by Anchor Home Inspection on my newly purchased home in early September 2024. This was a post-purchase inspection performed to provide information about problems that should be addressed immediately and those issues that could be kept on the back burner. Ryan was very knowledgeable in all critical areas and was able to make suggestions as to reasonable follow-up. He went above and beyond to bring me up to speed on my new property and make me feel comfortable that I had purchased it, despite knowing that all was not quite perfect. I’m very glad that I had a chance to walkthrough this very foreign space with someone who could tell me what I was looking at and how it could be improved should I wish to improve it. I would highly recommend Ryan and Anchor Home Inspection to anyone who purchases a new home and wants to feel comfortable in it at the outset.

Ryan Hartman performed a Standard Residential Inspection on a home we intend to purchase. He responded very quickly to our request and arrived on time for the inspection. He thoroughly explained all of the steps he would be taking and took many photos of each area of the inspection. The current homeowners were present at the inspection and able to answer questions that he had, although they are not the original owners of the home and have only lived there for 4 years so some of the information they could not provide. He seemed very thorough and professional but friendly throughout the process. At the end of the inspection, he showed us photos of areas of some concern and explained what the issues were. By the end of the day, he sent us a very thorough written report with the photos and areas of concern highlighted. We were very impressed with him and the work done from start to finish and would recommend him to anyone seeking a home inspection.

Ryan was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I very nearly closed on a house that would have been a disaster, saved me a lot of money and heartbreak. I look forward to hiring from Anchor again, hopefully on a better prospect.

They did a great job with all home tests/inspections. Very professional and easy to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about the Radon test and really all other testing and inspection points.
