Anchor is the only home inspection company to use. Very responsive. Very quick. Easy to work with. Goes the extra mile to work with realtors. Did I mention this is a veteran owned and operated company and local. Support local AND veterans. Win. He knocked out my wood destroying organism or termite inspection for the VA, basically as soon as he could gain access. Also I first called one of the national owned pest company's who quoted $500. WHHHAT. I called anchor and his price is $150. Yes that is correct. So call Anchor. They get the job done right and save's you money. Done

Anchor Home inspection is awesome! They are very thorough and informative, we’ve used them twice and they are dependable and down to earth. We had a radon test done, and the device they used gave us precise accuracy. We also had a water test done for our residential home inspection and they are using a lab. They found things we wouldn’t have even thought to look for. We also love that they are veteran owned, it only adds another dimension of precision and professionalism to their work. We have a high respect for those who have served our country, we highly recommend.In addition to this inspection, we had to get another one after a failed deal on the last house. We had another offer accepted and had to do another inspection only a month later. Ryan was very empathetic to our situation and was able to give us a great rate. Water Quality Testing - Water Yield Testing And various other tasks were completed by Ryan Hartman. He was very thorough and down to earth. Gave me very honest and high quality inspection and recapped all details at the end. Ryan found things that I would’ve never saw and saved me from buying a house that would've been a money pit. Highly recommend Randy. I had him come out to do mold testing in my older home and he was so informative and put my mind at ease. He was so quick to get the lab results back. He knows exactly what rooms to test and where to get the most accurate testing results. He even checked my attic and put my mind at ease knowing I do not have mold and what I need to do to make sure I keep it that way in my older home.

A Standard Home Inspection was conducted by Anchor Home Inspection on my newly purchased home in early September 2024. This was a post-purchase inspection performed to provide information about problems that should be addressed immediately and those issues that could be kept on the back burner. Ryan was very knowledgeable in all critical areas and was able to make suggestions as to reasonable follow-up. He went above and beyond to bring me up to speed on my new property and make me feel comfortable that I had purchased it, despite knowing that all was not quite perfect. I’m very glad that I had a chance to walkthrough this very foreign space with someone who could tell me what I was looking at and how it could be improved should I wish to improve it. Ryan Hartman performed a Standard Residential Inspection on a home we intend to purchase. He responded very quickly to our request and arrived on time for the inspection. He thoroughly explained all of the steps he would be taking and took many photos of each area of the inspection. The current homeowners were present at the inspection and able to answer questions that he had, although they are not the original owners of the home and have only lived there for 4 years so some of the information they could not provide. He seemed very thorough and professional but friendly throughout the process. At the end of the inspection, he showed us photos of areas of some concern and explained what the issues were. By the end of the day, he sent us a very thorough written report with the photos and areas of concern highlighted. We were very impressed with him and the work done from start to finish and would recommend him to anyone seeking a home inspection.
