Were There Once Pets in The House?
It might be hard to know if pets were once living in a house you are considering purchasing. The house may be really clean and smell good. However, dead skin or when it pertains to a pet is called pet dander may be present in the flooring, drapers, air ducts, and more, if pets once lived in the house.
Consider having your home inspector take air samples of the home while doing the home inspection. Cats and dogs produce allergens that can cause health issues with certain individuals. Pet dander has microscopic pieces of pet skin that have dried, flaked off and are present in the air. The dead skin can land in various places including furniture, flooring and clothing. Having your home tested is a great way to know if you or your loved one will experience any issues.
